Brain & Mental Health Concerns
Dr. Dorner works with adults, children, and families who want a deeper understanding of persistent brain, mood, focus, behavior, sleep, and cognitive concerns.

How Dr. Dorner thinks about diagnosis
A Diagnosis Is Not the Whole Story
A diagnosis can be useful, but it does not always explain why symptoms began, why they persist, or why one person responds differently than another.
Dr. Dorner's approach looks at the brain directly while also considering the nutritional, metabolic, digestive, immune, hormonal, environmental, neurological, sleep, and lifestyle factors that may influence how the brain functions.
Wherever you are starting from
You Do Not Need a Formal Diagnosis to Begin
Some people come to Dr. Dorner after years of living with a diagnosis. Others are newly diagnosed, and some are just beginning to look for answers.
The Functional Brain Health Evaluation is designed to meet you wherever you are in that process and help determine what deserves attention next.
